We accept Visa, master Card & American Express online. Retail /Wholesale also accept COD, Cash, Certified Check or Company Check with approved account.

Financing Fees:

Online: A bad charge card Transaction or misrepresentation of age, shipping locations, and or incorrect credit card number, incur all other costs of collections by the debtor, including but not limited to Attorney's Fees and Court Costs.

Shipping & Freight Terms:

In following FDA guidelines, All Orders are shipped with Adult Signature required at delivery. All Continental US online orders are shipped USPS Ground $5 flat rate fee, or Free if the order total reaches $50. Product pricing includes sales tax.

Shipping Lead Times:

Orders ship day of if placed before 4pm Central. Orders placed after 4pm will ship the next business day.

Return Policy

NICMAXX ONLINE CUSOMERS ONLY

NicMaxx Online offers credit or replacement upon return of defective merchandise. A Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required prior to the Company receiving goods for credit and / or replacement. Credit and or replacement issued only upon receipt of goods at our Addison, TX Location. All returns must be freight prepaid to our Addison, TX facilities and the RMA number must be clearly posted on the outside of the box. Items returned without a valid RMA will be rejected and no replacement and / or credit will be honored by the Company. Customers must return to the Company the unused portion of the product. 100% satisfaction full pricing refund guarantee must be requested within 30 days of receiving goods and be returned within 15 days of RMA issue.

Return Period for unused goods returned by our retail customers is 30 Days.
